Agricultural Land Entitlement The FN alleges that there was a shortfall in reserve lands received under Treaty 8. The FN received additional lands in 1965 to compensate for an increase in population and poor quality lands. This additional land was surveyed in 1958 and the FN feels they should have been compensated based on the 1958 band population, not the 1955 population.
