Yuquot Indian Reserve 1 Allotment
The FN alleges Commissioner O’Reilly did not fulfill his lawful reserve allotment obligation to include timberlands when he mistook lake beds for timberlands. As the reserve creation proceeded various Crown officials failed to correct their respective errors regarding the original allotment.
