This claim is a re-presentation of the 1972 claim & amendment of the March 30/1984 claim. Alleged that the Yellowhead Highway built through Kitsumkalum I.R. No. 1 and Zimagord I.R. No. 3 in 1942 as a war measure was done without proper authority and without adequate compensation. The new claim included land not compensated in 1972 and also challenges the 1974 settlement.
